Investors Are Buying at Avenue 23!

The housing marketing is picking up in downtown Grand Rapids and there is really a lack of good rental housing. With Cooley Law, MSU, Grand Valley and new jobs starting there is not enough housing for all these new students. Investors have been realizing the value of Avenue 23 and how easy renting is in downtown Grand Rapids with wonderful tenants.
